Event Trigger Service (ETS) · 24×7 Operations Desk

Something happens.
Your systems act on it in time.

ETS watches live conditions around the clock and fires a structured trigger the moment one is met. Your trading, betting or content systems act on the event itself, not on someone noticing it later.

In production, and resold.

Welltimed Investment used ETS for real-time triggers and resold the service to its own customers. We ran the triggers; they offered them under their own name.

Our trigger desk runs today, 24×7, producing live triggers from racing events: people and tooling watching live state and firing structured events that downstream systems and people act on.

If you want to offer triggers to your own customers, we can run the service behind you in the same way: your conditions per customer, delivery into each customer's systems, and an audit trail for every fire.

What a trigger is made of.

Source
A live feed, a platform event, a model output or a person watching the event.
Condition
A rule or model threshold written with you and versioned, so you always know which rule fired.
Timing
Machine-fired in real time, confirmed by an analyst first, or on a schedule. Agreed per trigger.
Delivery
A webhook, a Kafka topic, an API call or a message to a person, into the system that acts on it.
Audit
Every fire is recorded with the source data, the rule version and the delivery receipt, so it can be replayed.

The audit trail is what makes a trigger usable in a regulated business. A trigger that cannot be replayed is an opinion, not a service.

Where triggers pay for themselves.

The same watch-and-fire service, pointed at the events that matter in your business.

Automated trading

Strategy entry and exit signals sent straight to order routing, position limit and drawdown alerts, volatility regime changes, and the most expensive trigger of all: a market data feed that has gone quiet.

Automated betting

Suspend or reprice a market when a late change lands, settle when a result is confirmed, and flag price moves that do not match the news before they are traded against.

Content switching

Change what customers see the moment the event changes: switch a live stream, swap a promotion, update odds displays or a landing page when a match starts, a score changes or a market closes.

Risk and player protection

Deposit pattern anomalies, bonus abuse in progress, and responsible gambling thresholds such as loss velocity, fired to the operator so it can meet its own obligations.

Retail and point of sale

A till offline too long, a settlement mismatch after reconnect, stock about to run out on a fast line, or a markdown window opening on perishables.

Platform operations

Error rates, failed settlements and delayed jobs turned into a ticket with the affected customer attached, so support can tell the customer before the customer tells you.

How we act before the customer notices

News and announcements

Regulatory notices, fixture changes, weather or company announcements mapped to the conditions that matter to your book or your content.

What we have delivered: real-time triggers for Welltimed Investment and its customers, and the trigger desk running today. The scenarios above apply the same service to other domains; we scope each one with you rather than claim it as a past project.

How it starts.

  1. 01

    Trigger workshop

We list the events that cost you money when they are noticed late, write the condition for each, and agree the timing and where the trigger is delivered.

  2. 02

    First triggers live

A small set goes into production against your systems, with the audit trail on from the first fire.

  3. 03

    Run 24x7 and extend

Our trigger desk watches and fires around the clock, tunes the rules with you, and adds the next set.

Tell us which events cost you when they are noticed late.

A short list is plenty: the event, what should happen when it occurs, and which system or person should act on it.
